Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) द्वारा निकाली गई यह भर्ती राज्य के Government College में शिक्षकों की कमी को पूरा करने का एक बड़ा प्रयास है। इस Recruitment के तहत Teaching Associate के कुल 3,540 Posts पर भर्ती की जाएंगी, जो पूरी तरह से संविदा (Contract) आधारित होंगी इसका मतलब है कि चयनित उम्मीदवारों को शुरुआत में 5 साल के निश्चित समय के लिए रखा जाएगा और उन्हें हर महीने ₹28,850 का Fixed Salary दिया जाएगा. यह भर्ती हिंदी, अंग्रेजी, इतिहास और भूगोल जैसे 32 अलग-अलग विषयों के लिए आयोजित की जा रही है.
